Academy for Political Development every year selects a group of 40 participants. Eligible are Croatian citizens under age of 35, with good knowledge of English language. Criteria for selection are excellence in the applicant's field of work (politics, media, civil society, public administration, business) and his/hers interest in public engagement.
SELECTION PROCES
- Every January Academy announces call for applications for the new generation of participants at Academy's web site and important Croatian internet portals.
- The applicants send their CV and filled application form via e-mail.
- Selection committee, consisting of members of the Executive Board and external experts, evaluates the applications.
- If needed applicants are invited to an interview
- After evaluating applications and analysing results of interviews, Committee decides on the final list of selected participants.
- All applicants are informed about the results of the selection process
